CNC sheet metal bending up to 10 mm in Valencia
We bend sheet metal on a CNC press brake, which means the bend angle and position are programmed and repeated identically across the whole batch. No eyeballing adjustments between parts.
Our press brake handles thicknesses up to 10 mm — a capacity that is not common among sheet metal shops in the area, and one that lets us take on structural parts you would normally have to order from outside the province.

Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum thickness you can bend?+−
10 mm. That is the real limit of our CNC press brake and we work at it routinely, not as an exception.
What bend radius will my part have?+−
It depends on thickness and material. Before we manufacture, we confirm the inner radius and the flat pattern with you, so the finished dimensions match your drawing.
Do I have to calculate the flat pattern myself?+−
No. Send us the finished part dimensions and the angles, and we calculate the development. If you have already calculated it, tell us so we do not do it twice.
Can you bend material I supply?+−
Yes, we also work with customer-supplied material. Mention it when requesting a quote, as it changes both price and lead time.
Do you do cutting and bending in the same order?+−
Yes. Ordering laser cutting and bending together is the most efficient route: one programming step, one lead time, and no tolerances stacking up between workshops.
